I navigated my mother's bipolar disorder, carried generations of emotional labour, and lost myself in the "invisible" exhaustion of motherhood. I was the peacekeeper, the rescuer, the one who held everyone else together while quietly falling apart and experiencing emotional burnout again and again.

Yes! In fact, I encourage it. When you and your partner use the same language and practices, the impact on your home is even more powerful. This is what I call "collective regulation", when everyone in the household is moving in the same direction, the nervous system shifts FASTER. One purchase covers your household, so feel free to share the course materials with your partner/co-parent.

Do I need any special equipment or a lot of time?

No. Most lessons are designed to be "busy-life friendly." The video practices are short, and the "Screen-Free" activities are designed to integrate into your daily routine, not add another "to-do" to your list.

What is the difference between the Course and the 1:1 Blueprint?

The K'nnekted Method Course is your 12-week educational roadmap.

It focuses on the internal work, giving you the tools, somatic practices, and video lessons to move from burnout to calm. It's a self-paced journey that teaches you how to step off the Drama Triangle, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to yourself.

The 1:1 Deep-Dive Sessions are a bespoke experience focused on YOUR specific life.

This is where we sit down together (via Zoom) and look at:

Is this a replacement for therapy?

The K’NNEKTED™ Course is an educational and somatic (body-based) journey. While it is deeply healing and therapeutic in nature, it is not a replacement for clinical care. If you are in a high-level mental health crisis, please consult your GP.
